If TimeMark does not behave as expected, these steps often help right away.

Notifications do not arrive

• Check in iOS whether notifications for TimeMark are allowed.
• Open TimeMark once after changing reminder settings.
• Make sure the event date is in the future.

Language or appearance does not update

Switch tabs briefly or restart the app if iOS does not refresh the view immediately.

Use English content

You can switch the app language between German and English in Settings. Support and privacy pages are available in both languages as well.

Countups are not archived automatically

This is intentional. Countups stay active until you archive them manually.

Find archived countdowns

Archived countdowns are available directly in the Countdown view under "Archived". You can restore or permanently delete them there.

Undo disappears quickly

The undo option is shown only briefly after archiving, restoring or deleting. Once it disappears, the action can no longer be undone directly.
